I know first hand what it’s like to struggle with food and body image. From taping my stomach flat as a teen to binging after winning a bodybuilding competition, I’ve been through; battles with food, weight, and navigating life with undiagnosed ADHD.

I’m SO not about unrealistic goals or diet culture nonsense.

I’m here to make weight loss simpler and kinder in real life.
